Make your phone go bonk.

One HTTP request. One push notification. That's it.

For iPhone, iPad and Android.

Terminal
curl -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"title":"CI","body":"main is green ✓ deployed in 42s"}' \
  https://trybonk.com/to/b_…

Two steps. Really.

1.

Get the app and allow notifications.

2.

Send your URL a request — or send one request to up to 20 phones.

curl -d "hi" https://trybonk.com/to/b_…

bonk keeps it simple

No account.

Your URL is the only credential. Keep it private — anyone with it can notify you. Regenerate it any time.

We don't store your messages.

They pass through our server to Expo, then Apple or Google — nothing is stored or logged.

Nothing to integrate.

No SDK, no API key. If it can make an HTTP request, it can bonk you.

Good to know

  • Best-effort delivery. Usually seconds, but Apple and Google don't guarantee it.
  • Not end-to-end encrypted. Messages pass through our server and Expo's push service on the way.
  • 60 per minute per phone. Plenty for alerts, not built for bulk messaging.
  • Not for emergencies. Don't rely on bonk where a missed alert would be dangerous.
